Terms of service

1. Your account

You must be 18 or older and use GTMscape for business. You're responsible for your account and what happens in it. Keep your sign-in email secure. One person, one account: don't open extra accounts to get more starter allowances.

2. Credits and payments

GTMscape runs on prepaid credits. One credit is worth one US cent of use; building a segment uses 1,000 credits, and other actions use credits as shown in the app before they start. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Credits don't expire while your account is open. They have no cash value and can't be transferred. Refunds are covered in section 4.

Stripe processes payments. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which we add where required.

3. Subscriptions

A subscription is one of the monthly plans on the pricing page. It charges your card the plan's price each month and adds the plan's credits when the payment succeeds. It renews until you cancel. If you move to a bigger plan, you pay the difference right away and get the extra credits right away. If you move to a smaller plan, the change starts at the next renewal. You can cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of the current month and stops future charges. We don't refund partial months, and you keep the credits already added.

If you turn on auto-reload, we charge your saved card the amount you chose whenever your balance drops below the level you set, and add those credits. You can turn it off anytime on the billing page.

4. Refunds

• Credit purchases. Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund of the credits from it you haven't used. We refund the unused part, and remove any bonus credits that came with the purchase. After 14 days purchased credits aren't refundable, but they never expire.
• Monthly plans. Cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of the current month. We don't refund partial months, and credits already added stay in your account.
• Gifts. Starter credits, promo-code credits, gift credits and segment passes have no cash value and aren't refundable.
• Failed builds. If a segment build still fails after its retry, its credits or pass come back to you automatically.
• Mistakes. If we charge you in error, we refund the charge in full.

To ask for a refund, email hello@gtmscape.com. These terms don't take away any refund rights the law gives you.

5. Starter allowance, passes and codes

New accounts may get starter credits and a segment pass, which builds one segment. Passes, starter credits and promo-code grants are gifts: they can only be used as described, they have no cash value, they aren't refundable, and we may change or end them, or limit them to one per person. We may take back gifts obtained by abuse.

6. Your content

You own what you put into GTMscape and the results we make for you. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our service providers, only to run GTMscape for you, as our privacy policy describes. Only ask us to read websites and material you're allowed to use.

7. Research results

Results are produced by AI models from public sources. They're hypotheses to test, not advice or guarantees: they can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and every figure shows its sources so you can check it. You're responsible for the decisions you make with them.

8. Contacting people

Lists of people to talk to come from public information. If you contact them, you're responsible for following the laws that apply to you and to them, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and the UK and Canadian anti-spam rules, and for honouring requests to stop.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use GTMscape to:

• break the law, or harass, deceive or spam anyone;
• open multiple accounts or game the starter allowance, passes or codes;
• scrape, resell or bulk-export the service or its data;
• probe, overload or get around its security or limits;
• build a competing dataset or train models on its results.

10. Our service

We own GTMscape, its software and design. We keep improving it and may add, change or remove features. We'll tell you before a change that takes away something you've paid for.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using GTMscape and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where we reasonably can. If we close GTMscape or your account without cause, we'll refund unused purchased credits.

12. Disclaimers

GTMscape is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Denver County, Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

15. Changes and contact
